Been a customer for close to a year and am very pleased with their work. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel appreciated.

I moved to The Woodlands almost two years ago. Rooster Ridge is close by but more importantly my first experience was so good - I always return. From oil changes, to major work - replacing a radiator. To new brakes. AND to just check in with Serena the GM, to make sure I'm braking properly and not ruining my brakes. AND to be clear -- from the looks of the extremely high end vehicles or restored vehicles in the lot -- there are lots of really smart vehicle owners who feel the same. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. (and I recommend this shop whenever I get a chance)

Very positive experience. The oil I requested is not one typically used. No problem. They had it within an hour. Technician was very thorough. Highly recommend. I will use them again.

The staff was super friendly and the location was nice and clean. I was in and out under an hour. I had an oil change and tire rotation.

I recently wrote a review that was meant for rooster Ridge in Conroe but I inadvertently posted it to the facility on Kuykendahl. Maybe they are as good but the one in Conroe definitely gets top marks in my opinion. They are professional, honest, efficient, extremely friendly, very clean and I like that they are not constantly pushing you to purchase unnecessary add-ons.
