This is my favorite auto repair shop. On my visit today, the service representative, John, was very helpful. He was personable and courteous. When two safety issues were identified on my car, John showed me where they were and carefully explained the problems and how they could be repaired. I could easily see the problems, so I have confidence in his recommendations. Obviously I will get another quote to check prices, but it sounded very reasonable, and I like the 5 year/50,000 mile warranty. It was also nice that the waiting room was very clean, and I didn't have to wait long at all.
