Should have checked the reviews befor going. It seems their model is to use oil change, inspection and alignment to discover/fabricate problems to increase the bill. It also seems they are not against taking advantage of folks who know very little about cars. They are also not afraid to loose customers. It seems they have plenty of business. They didn't get my money. I need a 4 wheel alignment. I know a good tech finding no problems can do this in about 30 min. I didn't have much time to wait so I called to see it the rack was open. It was so I went directly there. I waited a not 45 minutes and a guy who I think is the manager comes to get me. I think I am Don and get my wallet. Not so fast. We drove your car and it is pulling to the right. Your tires are out of balance and we need to adjust the toe. So I say no need to balance I have that under warranty. But we will have the tires off so we can do it easy. You also need brakes I will get you an estimate. You have no fluid in the resurvour and your master cylinder is about to blow up. Your pad in the back are (using finger and thumb make tiny opening) that thin and the fronts are not much better. I decline all other services after a few jabs about "come out here I will show you" and "this should have been done yesterday" and a few more he agrees to do only the alignment. As he it walking away he pops out it will be a couple of hours. Hold on. I don't have time for that. I ask if it would really be two hours. And yes was the answer. So I ask for the car back. After a few minutes he brings the car up and as a parting shot says bring it back and we can get the oil change that is 7 thousand over due. 1) I know I need brakes. 2) I know I need an oil change. 3) I know my car does not pull to the right. 4) I know the tires need rotation and balance but they are out of alignment and wearing un even. 5) in the time it took to come up with all the extra work you could have completed the job I asked for. 6) if you would have done what I asked for I would have asked for an oil change and cabin filter. 7) master cylinders do not blow up. 8) you lost not only my business but I also wrote this review. 9) it seems apparent that you do this a lot and people who don't know better pay you. Please if you don't know much about cars stay away from this place. If you do know about cars then beware. It seems they can replace parts ok enough. But you could do that yourself.

A little sales-y at the front desk, which I don't like but they did a great and big job for in good time.

Walked in for inspection. Took about 30 minutes. Fast. Didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I inquired about future work and Michael F. Was helpful and printed out an estimate for everything being done. There isn't a reason I wouldn't go back to they.

The office and shop mechanics at they located on College Park Drive, are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and get you back in your vehicle as quickly as possible. Reno and his staff always display top notch customer service and offer sound advise no matter the make or model of vehicle.

This is my go to place for all of my issues! Michael was very helpful! I was stressed about all the issues my car was going through and how I was going to be able to afford all of that and They offered a new solution called Easy Pay. I dropped my car off around 8am and had all my issues finished by 2:45 pm. Quick enough for me to feel like I’m driving a brand new car home! What put the icing on the cake was the complimentary oil change. I feel like I can breathe again and I can make affordable payments with easy pay. Also not to mention, they shuttled me to and from work when I dropped my car off and when it was time for me to pick up. Thank you Michael and crew for all of your help!

I went in for a routine oil change and they didn’t it was the first time ever that they didn’t try to update me. They told me a few things to be on the look out for next time but said I would be good until the next visit.
