Limited knowledge. Transmission fluid wasn't right. I have to replace transmission now. Ask me now if I want to come back there. I say NO and WON'T recommend anybody. If you want more details read my story. I was a loyal customer for 3+ years. I was servicing every car I had with those guys. Until one day about 3 weeks ago. I drove my 2014 Jeep Cherokee out of the garage to this service. I asked them to check all fluids in the car. They came back to me with recommendation to flush the transmission fluid it was dirty (car had 13,000m only). I said ok it was in storage for a while maybe that is the reason. Do it, flush it. I drove out of the service shop and drove for a while (2 weeks) then I felt like car was slightly shaking/ jerking going uphill. I took Jeep to dealership to check on manufacturing recalls and one of them was on transmission. The dealership called back and told me that transmission has the wrong fluid in it and now my clutch disks are began to dissolve with time it would be even worst. By the way dealership didn't do any fixing by then. Just opened and checked transmission before doing anything. Dealership supplied the paper which says ZF 9 speed transmission is not ATF compatible. Special fluid requires from MOPAR. No aftermarket fluids exist. And it supposed to be green. The fluid this service shop has pumped wasn't right. It was even different colour. It was red. I called THIS service and nicely asked to provide me with the name of the fluid they have pumped in transmission .OH MY, they began SHOUTING, become offensive, defensive and even didn't let me open my mouth. I had to raise my voice to stop that monologue and ask if he thinks I'm deaf and why does he raise his voice at me. They have refused to give me the name of the fluid they have pumped in. They said the only way is to find out the fluid name is to find PO#. Can you imagine this? And they will do that only when i bring Vehicle to them. And I have to pay for everything even transportation and all fixes. I got ALL of that because I asked THE NAME OF TRANSMISSION FLUID they used. Anyhow the service ticket that i have (after transmission flush) says that the brand they used is WYNN'S transmission fluid. On WYNN's online shop only ATF and ATF+ fluids (advanced) nothing similar to MOPAR fluid. Now i have the red (presumably wrong) fluid with some clutch abrasive material in it (saw with my own eyes). I have vehicle with dealership that can't fix it because ZTF 9 speed shouldn't be fixed (i don't believe that) but replaced only. Smart design. Otherwise if i take my vehicle out from dealership's shop they will void the factory warranty on transmission. Think twice before you go there. I know i won't go there anymore.
