Twelve year customer, finally gave up. This shop works on commissions. And, the managers are salespeople, not mechanics. The guy that hosed me over was selling 24-hour fitness memberships 6 months ago (so he says). They did thousands of dollars of work on my car over 4 months, always promising me that "the car looks great, you just need this one last repair and it will run like a top." Four months and multiple thousands later, the car still doesn't run. Over 12 years, the service went up and down, based on who the manager was. I can accept that in the automotive repair market - turnover happens. But, with their current system of sales-based and commission-based managers, they will never have a manager I trust. They will always attract the least honest, most manipulative people. That is what you get when you pay on commission and hire from 24-hour fitness.
