Worst mechanic shop that I have ever been too. They ripped me off. If you are a woman, they will ask you what you do for a living and hedge their bets on how much knowledge you have about cars so that they can lie about the work that your car needs. I have had a second opinion about the work that they have done to my car. I was told that they did not replace my rotors even though I paid for it. They suggested that I fix an oil leak in my car that does not exist, the original quote to fix this was $915. Later I was told that they would give me a "discount" to fix it for $200 less, still way to much for that job even if it were needed. They had to replace faulty parts on 2 separate occasions, my guess is that they are either buying the cheapest parts available or they are installing used parts on the cars they repair. My car sounds worse than when I brought it in to them and they have stopped returning my calls or are avoiding my calls. I never saw a Better Buisness Bureau sign on their door, I guess I know why. Stay away from this place!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the negative reviews about this place. The goal is to give multiple explanations about the parts that you actually don't need. Extremely overpriced service. After all the Blah blah blah ( such poor customer service and such lack of respect for our time) they offered a financing plan. I went to the dealership and I was quoted almost half of the price for the something. Stay away!

I visited the Humble location on 9/6 by chance as I was seeking a solution to my not being able to put the gear shifter of my 2011 Nissan Sentra into park. Within minutes of my arrival Derrick and the team had my car in the service bay for a diagnosis. In less than 30 minutes they were providing me with a resolution. - I was really impressed that he diagnosis was on point as unbeknownst to them I already knew what was wrong with my car as I'd already gone to my long-time mechanic, My challenge was obtaining the repair in a more reasonable time-frame than the one he'd given. In a little over 24 hours of receiving a diagnosis at the Humble location - I was driving away in my newly repaired vehicle.

Called to see if appointment was feasible. Asked if I could be there in 15 minutes. I could which was great for my schedule. I probably anticipated a quicker turnaround for the oil change (over an hour). But, since i had no appointment I expected either no possible time or a two or longer hour wait. So. Overall a positive rating for the experience.

Left car for oil change. Came back later and car was not done. Employees were having problems with a car. Guy says sorry, I won`t charge you. And he didn`t. Win Win.

This place is awful. They knew I didn't know much about cars and fully tried to take advantage of it. My check engine light was on and the car was driving weird so I brought it in since the place is right next to my apartment and asked if they could read the code. I would have paid a small fee for just the code read, my dad usually does it but he doesn't live in town. The guy up front basically laughed and told me it wasn't that easy and they had to do a $130 diagnostic exam. All I wanted was the code read because my dad can fix it a lot of times if it's nothing huge...o'reilly will do it for free!! I knew he was trying to get me to pay for something I didn't need because as I said I know almost nothing about cars. My dad ended up coming up here and reading it himself and he was able to fix the issue for under $15. What a bunch of jerks.

To get my tire patched, it took over two hours while I was the only one in the shop. Also the toilet was broken and therefore I had to use the outside one- which probably had never been cleaned. Very, very poor and slow service. Nice employees however.

My mother went in to get state inspection for her car and she was intimidated and scared into getting over $680 of needless work on her car. They took advantage of her because she is older and doesn't know much about mechanixal stuff. They told her if she didn replace hoses and belts then her car was going to be dangerus to drive. I'm mad and pissd at them and told their manager, who said that the work was really imiportant for her. I hate this liers . Stay away from these cheaters. Go anyweere else for car repair. Even little stuff like state inspection.

Dropped car off at 7:15 AM, called at 12:30 and car isn't ready. We called again at 5:30 PM and they weren't sure if it was ready. At this point we go to pick up the car only to find out they didn't even do all the service that was requested. It took Driver's Auto over 10 hours to change the oil and inspect my vehicle. They did not rotate the tires or change the wiper blades as I had requested. I am very disappointed by this establishment and their lack of customer service.
