I would rate zero stars if I could - like the other reviews, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They will try to take every penny they can & their prices are ridiculous! I went in for an oil change, and when I went to pick up the car, they told me that there were all kinds of other repairs that needed to be done. I knew that some maintenance was coming due, so I had them give me an estimate. They wanted $1800 just to change the belts, replace a couple of gaskets, and change the spark plugs. I went to another shop in Houston, and got all of this work done, PLUS several other small maintenance issues done (basically a full tune-up and fixed two oil leaks), for $1200. $600 difference & that's not including the amount of the extra work that I was able to get done. Also, my sister had a TERRIBLE experience with them. She went in for some general maintenance issues - nothing was actually wrong. They charged a ridiculous amount (in the $2000 range), kept the car for two days, and when she was driving home, several of the check engine lights came on! It turns out that they didn't finish the work, and just let her take it. Then, they said that they would have it finished the next day and drop her car off where she worked so she could drive it home. Not only did they not call to update her during the day, when she called them at 4pm, they hadn't finished yet. She had to find a ride home from work. They finally dropped the car off around 6pm (that morning they said that all that needed to be finished was the inspection and re-setting the check engine lights, so this apparently took the entire day to complete!!!).
