The people were very nice & professional, & service was fast, I give them a 10/10 for customer service, but, for performance not a good score. I took my 1 yr. old vehicle in to get inspected & was told it did not pass because it needed all new tires. They said the side walls of tire were exposed. there was white rubber showing behind the thin outer black rubber on walls, but no metal was comming out from the tire and it was not buldge out either. I personally feel like they are still pretty secure otherwise I would have got new tires. they are michelin ltx all season tires with only 29,000 miles and good tread. If you ask me I think the tech was being a little bit anal of the tire condition. and even stated to me that it was boderline and he hated to have to fail it because of it. Well I think if I would have went somewhere else they would have overlooked it. and passed it. If it was the tires that were going to cause it to fail, I dont know why they didnt tell me before performing the test, you dont have to hook my tires up to a computer. So, instead yall charged me for something that could have been stoped up front before running the test through the computer. had it been somthing with the engine I could understand yall finding that out durring the computer scan and charging me, but a visual look at tires you should have told me up front. I luckly have a tire protection plan and going to get new tires put on, and have it re-done since I already paid for test. I dont make much money to go get re-done else where when I've already paid, but I dont think I'm going to return here in the future for anything else. I guess using a 10-off coupon for my inspection will make them find problems and overlook the fact that they could have passed it if it was so close to borderline.
