SAFETY INSPECTION: FAST AND FRENDLY

I was told on the phone that I could get a FREE written estimate on my car. AFTER they were done I found out that while the written estimate was free, the diagnosis required to make up the estimate was $100. So I guess what they meant by free written estimate was that the paper that it was written on was free! By the way their estimate was $400 more than the dealer who is usually the highest around. After ripping me off for the $100 "free" estimate then they act is if I am going to get the work done with them! I just hate going to a repair shop and having them try and stick it to you. Just like the rest of these folks here I wont go back again.

I went in just for an ordinary oil change and it was the best customer service i have ever had at a car place. I was going to take longer than expected so instead of making me wait there they took me back to work and picked me back up when it was finished. They also checked the reason for my check engine light being on so now i am aware of the things i need to take care of in order for me to get a passed inspection. They were funny, very loyal and not over priced! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a genuine auto repair shop :)

Looking for a great, friendly, Clean, Honest, Excellent Customer Service Place to get someone to work on your automobile you have gone to the right place. They is Great!!!!. I have gone to several places in the woodlands for an oil change in the past and I have never felt as pleased as I did when I went to They. I have had my oil changed at they many times previously and have been very satisfied. On my last visit, an error was made and the oil drain plug was not quite seated properly, causing a slow leak. Once I noticed the leak, a week later, I went back to the shop and they quickly and without hesitation resolved the problem. The lifts to and from my office were are also greatly appreciated.

Today's service was above what we thought we would get. Thanks to the team for their outstanding efforts.
