The first time I used Rooster Ridge was when I moved from New England to The Woodlands and needed a state inspection, about seven months ago. Since then I have returned for scheduled oil changes as well as a pretty extensive repair. And most recently I returned when I noticed someone had backed into my right front bumper causing a huge dent. I went right over to Rooster Ridge, spoke with Serena, showed her the damage. I was furious. She was too, on my behalf. Anyway, she immediately had one of her service guys bring my SUV inside and miraculously they were able to get the dent fixed, then and there. I feel so lucky to have decided months ago to come to this shop. It's Veteran owned which was my initial draw. Serena is a terrific GM and she now has two front desk people with her who are also top notch. Their prices are fair. Definitely recommend.
