We paid in advance 5 times synthetics oil change, free tire rotation,but your technician didn’t do first, tire rotation only permonce oil change, then said for tire rotation, it will take 45 minutes. It’s not a joke? Very poor device. Manger also present when work order issued. It’s not a cut corner. We expect better service. Then how can be believe used synthetic oil?
