Great work as usual.

Zero stars. Will not make an effort to find the true issue, Will just say it's something expensive to make a quick grand. This is why people don't trust mechanics. Ridiculous

Very pleased with the wheel alignment service I received recently. Friendly, professional staff. Job was completed very quickly at the time requested using their online system. Convenient location with nice waiting facilities. A reasonable price for the service performed, which cured an annoying vibration that I had been experiencing. Customer service responded quickly to address some questions I had with the service. All in all, a very positive experience and will use this location for future maintenance.

Friendly staff, prompt service, nice facility in a convenient location, and job appears to have been done properly. However, the cost of the service was grossly out of line with other shops in the area, including the dealer. I appear to have had an experience that is distinctly different from that of most of the other reviewers of this business. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I really cannot recommend this place to others. The basis for my comment is as follows. I was leaving on a trip and requested an alignment for my BMW. The price quoted seemed quite high based on my experience with that 8 year old vehicle, but decided to go through with it anyway as I wanted the service completed before departing. When I got home, I checked the cost versus my service records and was astounded to see it was 1.5 times the cost of the same service at the local BMW dealer, and double the cost of another local independent shop I had used in the past. Moreover, the receipt was incorrectly coded — the car shown was my wife’s vehicle that I had brought in for a state inspection earlier in the month, and the breakdown of costs and the sales tax entry were incorrectly entered. Very strange. Given the disorganization concerning the receipt, am wondering if the rate quoted for the service was also in error. If that is true and they failed to enter a reasonable market rate for alignment in error, i can excuse that and would hope they would offer a refund to bring the cost into line with their competitors. However, the cost for an alignment at this facility is truly what I actually paid, I will seek other more reasonably-priced service alternatives in the future and will advise others to do the same.

When paying, I merely asked about the diagnostic fee they said they told me about but didn't. When I explained that, I was told, "I can charge you for the tow if you want." That lost them a customer.
