I took the car to have a noise checked in the front, passenger side. I had taken it to the dealership before and they had told me the problem was in the front, but my husband took it to Rooster to get another opinion. Rooster said after “testing” the car that they had to change both shock absorbers in the back, that the noise was coming from the back even when we heard it on the front. They said they had use some Bunny ears to listen while the car was moving. After a $2500 repair and two new shock absorbers in the back, they called to say they also had to change the two shocks in the front (what a surprise!). That was the original problem. They said the problem (noise) was 80% fixed. I didn’t approve the front shocks because I wanted to check the car. After $2500 the car left Rooster with EXACTLY the same noise it first entered their place with. NOTHING was different. Absolutely nothing! I am furious! The car is going back to have the back shocks removed and change the front ones, like we originally told them since you could hear from a mile away that the noise was in the front of the car! This is hard to believe!!! We took it back and they refused to do anything else. The said they had fixed it. It is a scam. Don’t take your vehicle there. And the woman at the front is very rude! I called their main office to complain. I didn’t get nothing out of that either.
