Terrible, avoid this location. Very rude and not even aware of what "100% customer satisfaction" means (which is the slogan used in all Rooster Ridge Car Care promotional materials). My son took in my F-150 for an oil change and was sold a package of "Platinum" (synthetic) oil changes for $295. When we called to ask for a refund, we were told to just drop by. The next day we went in, were treated rudely, basically accused of lying about the previous phone call, and denied a refund. Customer service web inquiry was not returned, so, basically stuck with trying to work with the credit card company to get the charge reversed.
