All these reviews are fake. RRCC changed their name 2 months ago to avoid detection of the one-star rating its really Driver Auto. Rooster Ridge who claimed the radiator must be replaced.. By the time I arrived, the car was on the lift and parts everywhere. RR refused to provide an itemized statement promising me verbally 1900 to repair. . We picked the car up on 12/20, and on 12/22, the coolant light comes on again. That evening, my son drives a few miles the coolant came on and the engine sounded terrible. We dropped off at Rooster again. 12/26 the coolant light comes on again, and the car was overheating. After three breakdowns, it is obvious rooster ridge cannot fix the problem and the car was towed to my mechanic Roooster didn;t fix the hose under the radiator. Then about a week later About a week later, My mechanic diagnosed that Rooster installed the WRONG Radiator- Rooster charged $2136 ( twice the market price) –To fix Rooster's screw-up $1653.58. The fact Rooster flaunts non-existent warranties is false and misleading advertising. There is no warranty for a part that does not fit into the car or work not performed. Save yourself the nightmare go someplace else. I would never want someone to be in this position EVER.
