Joe Greene tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. When I declined these offers and the 5-pack oil change package, they charged $113 (more than the previously quoted $91.) I questioned it in the store but Serena assured me that it was because I had declined the package. When I got home, I examined the invoice to discover that I had been charged for a $19.95 tire rotation. I had not agreed to this rotation, nor would I have agreed as I had just had 2 new rear tires put on earlier in the week. I called and spoke to Serena; she said it was an accident and she would refund the $19.95. I started wondering about the job and went out to see if the new tires had in fact been rotated. They had not. So I was charged for work that I didn’t need, didn’t agree to, and that wasn’t performed. I appreciate having the cost refunded but will not be returning to this business as they have lost my trust in their integrity.
