They wanted to charge me a minimum for $450 to start. Didn’t even look up that my SUV was in a recall and told me they need to investigate. Actually it was a recall on the heads. I would have paid more than $2,000 in repairs. Then when I said I wanted a second opinion gave me a guilt trip that the techs needed money too, hello what about me throwing money away because they don’t care about their customers. Total ripoff, never use these scammers

Took my car in for an inspection. They tried to sell me some brake repairs but I declined them. Five minutes down the road, noticed the inside blinkers were not working or the outside temperature screen on the dash. Blinkers still work on the outside. Took it back to them and was told they couldn’t have messed it up just by doing an inspection and it would be $143 for diagnostics. I declined and said I would take it to the dealership because I had never had any issues with it before they inspected it. Car only has 40,000 miles on it. Walked outside to leave and heard Jake slam my hood a lot harder than necessary and he told the other guys in the shop “She thinks we messed up her car just by doing an inspection.” He drove my car to me and got out of it and wouldn’t even look at me. BEWARE before taking your vehicle here!! Now the dealership is saying my whole dashboard cluster is bad and needs to be replaced.

Great repair shop and they even call you a Lyft car to take you home and pick you back up when your car is ready! No more sitting in the waiting room for hours! They show you what's wrong and then fix it! UPDATE 2/10/2020 Took the car back for an oil change and they found that the alternator was weak (2006 Pathfinder). Since I had a long car trip coming up I decided to go ahead with the repair rather than take the chance of getting stranded out of state! It's great that they listen to you and look for things you may not be aware of! Highly recommended!

10 out of 10 stars if that was an option Jimmy the General manager made this process so easy and wants nothing more than for me to be safe in my vehicle. I recently went to another repair facility and left there with a bad taste for all shops but I was referred here and I will never go anywhere else for another repair hands down
