I bought a 5-pack synthetic oil change in late 2018 for $250, with the manager telling me I would get 7-10k miles between oil changes. Not sure why the variance but I took it to mean 7k. Since then, this location has been putting oil change stickers on my car for 3-5k miles, and as I reviewed my paperwork, I see them not specifying whether synthetic oil was used or not. We put our faith in this location to do the right thing, and we feel like we have been deceived now. There are other issues I have had with this location, but it is a bit of smoke and mirrors so I won't refer to these situations. Buyer beware and do your homework before relying on this location to give you auto advice.

I recently went in for the oil light on my car and had an oil change done. I worked with Jimmy and I have been more than pleased with his service. He has been very attentive to touching base with me once I left the lot to confirm that my car was running well. I'll only be asking for him when I need assistance with my car moving forward. Warning - Driver's requested $3200 of repairs on 2011 Lexus. I got it fixed for $42 - The manager told me they replace the entire system when an issue is discovered. Fraud!

Very polite and courteous service. Very detail oriented and not out to rake you over the coals. Jake and jimmy were very helpful in resolving my daughters car issues. When you have 6 cars and 4 kids that drive it’s nice to know you can go to a trusted place.

The Driver’s Auto on 242 was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very welcoming, and helped me with each of my concerns. They even provided a Lyft for me to get to and from work. My repairs were done within the time frame they quoted me, and I will definitely be back for any auto issues I may come across in the future! Jimmy and Alex personally helped me, but every employee was nice and welcoming.
