Super dishonest and hustle for repair work that is not needed. First I’d like to say that most of these reviews are in fact paid for. They give you $10 off your service if you post a review before you leave. Read between the lines as most have written 5 star reviews to take advantage of their discount. My wife and I both moved into town a few months ago and because they are right next door we went to them for our state inspection. Never had to have our cars inspected before. My car was first and came out passing inspection but claimed my front brakes were 2mm and almost touching metal. Quoted me over $400 for 4 wheel brakes and a resurface of rotors. I drive a Honda and brakes pads and brand new rotors for my car all the way around are just under $150. The job takes about an hour to do so I passed to do them myself. Going by what they told me I ordered a new set of pads and rotors to only find my pads still had over 50% left and was not even close to being worn out. My wife’s SUV went in for inspection and came out flawless. Practically a new car. Her Toyota Highlander needed an oil change just a month after and now needed over $4000 in work. My wife was blown away when they told her, her suspension was leaking and needed to be replaced. Ended up taking their estimate to the local Toyota dealer since it’s still under a warranty and asked them to check it out. The service writer came back and told her that her suspension had no issues and that Drivers was trying to pull the wool over my wife’s eyes as she went by herself for the oil service. I’d be highly be Skeptical of all work quoted by Drivers and seek a second opinion. Seems like this shop feels they have to lie and steal to stay in business vs just offering a truthful respectable service like you would expect from a professional local shop. Sad
