My wife and I took her car in because the A.C. wasn't working properly. They gave us a $100 coupon towards draining and recharging the system. It seemed like a great gesture but it was to only to soften the blow of what their overall plan was. Upon completion, we were informed that there was a blockage in the system but they weren't sure where so they wanted to replace everything; compressor, condenser, etc. At the cost of $2,300, not counting the $200+ for the draining/recharging process. After I informed them that we were gonna pass, the "salesman" continued to push, telling us about available financing and how bad the system could get if we didn't take care of the issue, sooner than later. After the visit, the A.C. has been working great with zero issues. This place is horrible and crooked.
