So today May 4, 2019 I took my car there thinking I needed new brakes. Well it turns out my brakes were still really good so I told them not to worry about it and I would return the brake pads I bought. Well I still ended up paying for full labor when they did absolutely nothing to my car. They charge $134 an hour for labor which is RIDICULOUS I’ve never been to a place to charge that much!!! I ended up paying $135 for a oil change cause they did nothing else!!!! Absolutely will never go back!!!!

Drivers Auto was absolutely amazing to my family when we brought my wife’s car in to be inspected. We showed up without an appointment about 30 minutes before closing, and they took care of us in about ten minutes with great customer service and great attitude! Top notch experience. Would recommend it to anyone.

Incredible customer service! Had my inspection done in Feb. along with quite a bit of oil leak fixes. Alex worked so hard to assure me that I would have a pleasant experience and my time there was well spent. I appreciate it and I’ll be back.

Work on the car was good. They did not fix the support system I was billed for. Do not leave your vehicle with them. Stay with your vehicle or clean it out.
