My name is Scott.I have lived in Conroe'TX for 18 months.I went to Rooster Ridge Car Care for my my test to get my 1st tabs.I was treated like family from the second I walked in the door.They're prices were amazing,especially being a Disabled Veteran and being on a fixed income.I recently had to go to Rooster Ridge Car Care to get my truck tested to renew my tabs.The Mechanic found that my water pump was going bad as well as 1 other problem with my engine.I took my truck in to get fixed and explained how I take care of my Elderly mother and my Vehicle is our only vehicle.I told them how I couldn't go more then a day without my truck because of that.It was going to be a decent amount of money to repair both problems.Adam from Rooster Ridge Car Care called me and told me the oil seal leak wasn't damaged as 1st thought.Most shops call and tell you they found more problems then they originally thought just to get more money from people.Instead they saved me around $400 dollars which to me a HUGH LIFE SAVER.If you want to be treated like family and not be over charged EVER!!!!Rooster Ridge Car Care is the only shop you should ever go to.Try them once I promise like me you will never go to or trust any other shop again.Rooster Ridge Car Care is mine and my family's one and only shop we will ever go to for anything and everything our vehicles ever need.Check them online,they take and repair several types of cars and trucks and I guarantee the job will be done right and your wallet and bank account won't be empty when they're finished.Yours Truly,Scott a forever customer.Thank You again to the staff at Rooster Ridge Car Care for everything,you guys are AWESOME.

I went to Rooster Ridge to get my van the State inspection. I was met with very friendly staff and I didn’t have to wait. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were professional and polite. They have WiFi and a nice coffee station. I’ll come back!!

Excellent attendance and a really nice experience

Great experience today. All 4 tires were low after the hard freeze so I stopped here for air before getting on the road to Dallas. Decided to get an inspection while there. In and out around 15 minutes. Honest work-they found a small oil leak they knew I'd want the dealer warranty to repair-so they just informed me of it. Clean facility with a nice waiting area. Professional and courteous. If I lived in Conroe...they'd be a regular for service.
