Called 3 dealerships no one could help for 6 days. Called Rooster Ridge they took me in within 30 minutes. Diagnostic check found the problems. Had it fixed and ready to go in three hours. Couldn’t believe it. Front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Mechanics are certified and do great fast work. Also friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs there vehicle repaired. I personally will not go anywhere else but here. GREAT JOB guys.

They are the only ones I trust with my car. Other car care centers have a tendency to speak down to women. Rooster Ridge Conroe has always treated me as an individual who knows her car! I have always appreciated that level of respect. (Women know cars too!)

The GM Mr. Jerry Metcalf has earned my future business. First, I needed to find someone to service my car right away and being a Saturday everywhere I tried turned me down. I tried Rooster Ridge in Conroe and Mr Metcalf answered my call and advised "sure bring it right over". He got the vehicle in for diagnosis in within 20 minutes and drove out one hour later. Mr Metcalf and his staff are extremely knowledgable. But above all and most important is trust in the diagnnosis. Mr. Metcalf fixed the issue and exceed my expectations for repair costs. A great experience and very helpful! Fixed my 2016 Ford Explorer. The water pump was going out and found out on these fords the water pump is connected to the timing chain and if the water pump goes out it can mess up the timing. Saved me a lot of money and the engine in my car. Forever grateful and found a new shop.
