Do your homework before getting repairs done here!! I tried this place for an oil change and had a great experience. Everyone was really nice and their prices were in line with other places. So, when I needed a repair done I decided to go back to them. They quoted me approx. $2000 total for the part and 2 hrs of labor. I paid their $200 diagnostic fee and left. Found out the part was only $400 at the Toyota parts department and only takes about 30 minutes to swap the part. I lost out on $200 but it could have been much worse! I'll also be getting oil changes and maintenance service elsewhere
Rooster Ridge consistently exceeds my expectations and this visit wasn't any different. I had a 5" scratch that was starting to rust. Serena (GM) told me exactly what to do. Following her directions, I got a "paint pen" from a local Nissan dealership, brought it to Serena and she immediately got rid of the scratch marks. Looks good as new.
I moved to The Woodlands almost two years ago. Rooster Ridge is close by but more importantly my first experience was so good - I always return. From oil changes, to major work - replacing a radiator. To new brakes. AND to just check in with Serena the GM, to make sure I'm braking properly and not ruining my brakes. AND to be clear -- from the looks of the extremely high end vehicles or restored vehicles in the lot -- there are lots of really smart vehicle owners who feel the same. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. (and I recommend this shop whenever I get a chance)
The staff was super friendly and the location was nice and clean. I was in and out under an hour. I had an oil change and tire rotation.
I would heartily recommend this location. Its very professional, efficient, with friendly staff,super clean with reasonable pricing. They are honest and upfront, and do not pressure you into add-ons!

I was very much impressed at the concern and work performed on my Toyota Tundra truck. The mechanics were very nice and even explained to me the why and how , what was being done affected the performance of my truck. They kept me informed on the progression of the work being done. I was glad I came here also because, I didnt have to wait 2-3 hrs. as Ive had to in the past at Gullo Toyota Conroe.I highly recommend Rooster Ridge Car Care.
