I had gone in to a competitor to get my A/C diagnosed and possibly repaired. It was misdiagnosed, and quite frankly, the competitor tried ripping me off. That's a whole different story however. I took my vehicle to Rooster, being at my wits end. Not only did Rooster correctly diagnose the problem, it was done at a little more than a third of the cost of what the competitor did. I am thrilled. The AC works great, the price was right, service was courteous, up-front, and professional. They also give a Veteran discount while maintaining a price match less 10% of any quote. Rooster has earned my business in the future. Hands down, end of story, period.
