I followed Craig and Andy to this location to get my oil changed. I trust them and will go wherever they are. It is a shame that you did not keep the same employees at your Louetta location so it could still be open. When you constatly are changing faces it is difficult to keep loyal to a business.

Customer Service there is great and that is why I keep going back. One can find anyone to do their inspection or oil change, but to find individuals who are pleasant and eager to help is not so easy. These individuals must like their job because they offer a great service and have great attitudes.

Service manager greeting me at the front door was unheard of these days and was able to get a oil change with 15 minutes

I usually go to They off of 242, but when I called for a oil change apt they could get me in so they referred me to their other location on kuykendhal. I was hesitant at first but decided to go anyway, when I arrived I was greeted by Michael who opened the door for me and knew my name since john called ahead, Michael dispatched my vehicle right away to get the oil changed and ushered me to the waiting area. Michael was very friendly and knowleable, he noticed my state inspection was out and offered to take care of that for me. it was a very pleasant experience. I understand how auto repair can be leery but these guys make it simple, no one ever budgets for car repair but this shop will help you with whatever you need. I WILL BE BACK!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO MY HOUSE, 5 YEAR/50,000 MILE WARRANTY. PRETTY SWEET DEAL, DEALER AND 2 OTHER SHOPS WERE ONLY OFFERING 12 MONTH/12,000 MILES. I HAD MY BRAKES AND SHOCKS DONE THERE. I WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR AND AFTER I GOT CHECKED IN THEY HAD A VERY NICE WAITING AREA, CLEAN BATHROOMS, AND A KEURIG COFFEE MACHINE. MUCH BETTER THAN A COFFEE POT THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ALL DAY :) JON IS THE NEW MANAGER THERE AND HE HAS A GREAT TEAM! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!! ILL BE BACK.

They offers a clean environment with professional employees. They even offer courtesy shuttle while your car is in shop. The manager was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I have a Mercedes and try to be cautious when selecting a business/company. It is very safe to say I will be returning here in the future.

I visited the Humble location on 9/6 by chance as I was seeking a solution to my not being able to put the gear shifter of my 2011 Nissan Sentra into park. Within minutes of my arrival Derrick and the team had my car in the service bay for a diagnosis. In less than 30 minutes they were providing me with a resolution. - I was really impressed that he diagnosis was on point as unbeknownst to them I already knew what was wrong with my car as I'd already gone to my long-time mechanic, My challenge was obtaining the repair in a more reasonable time-frame than the one he'd given. In a little over 24 hours of receiving a diagnosis at the Humble location - I was driving away in my newly repaired vehicle.

I would like to thank the three young man that help me out so much I had a terrible morning I broke my Liftmon on my truck and I'm first made a phone call the young man was so nice and I thought I took it and he took care of me he order the parts and he took me home to pick me up it was such a good experience my husband was at work so I have to do this all by myself but the guys took care of me I would like to thank them so much thanks I will definitely spread the word that you had so much business taking care of a lady who didn't know what she was doing thanks again
