Thanks to Andy and the guys at the Humble location on B8 near Wilson road. They have always done a great job of servicing my vehicles and keeping me informed of potential issues and upcoming service intervals. Always courteous and friendly they take care of my vehicles and never pressure me to have additional work done on my cars. Any work they recommend is done so in an informative, friendly manner leaving me to decide is the work is a priority. Today, at a very reasonable price they performed a very thorough pre purchase inspection of a classic vehicle that satisfied me and the seller. Great job Guys!

Worst place to deal with I've ever had any connection with. I would give it negative stars, if possible. I've turned them over to the BBB. Everything they did had to be redone. I paid over $2000 to get my grandson's car fixed only to have it towed 2 times after leaving there within a week. They let him drive away with a gas line leaking on 600+ degree mufflers. There were wheels that were ready to fly off any minute. God was definitely watching over my Grandson. I was promised they would look the car over thoroughly and he would not get stranded in it. Manager at the time, Chad said he would give me a list of things that needed to be fixed immediately and things that need to be fixed but can wait. I went ahead and asked them fix everything they mentioned. Everything they did had to be re done within a week. I guess they forget to check the fuel lines dripping gas on the mufflers. They have a new manager now, Eric that literally told my daughter, she would never be F---ing happy with anything they did and hung up on her.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Check reviews and complaints on Yelp, Google and the BBB before taking your car here. They are crooked thieves and their mechanics don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Had an oil change and received prompt, courteous service.

I really appreciate the fact that these guys do not try to get you to do unnecessary repairs. They are honest and helpful. Their work is good and if you do ever have a problem, they have a total customer service attitude. This is where I take my cars/trucks for service.

Taken my truck twice for repair and both times the job was done in a timely manner. The sencond time I was surprise at how fast I got my truck back.Only means of transpotation it means a lot . Thank you.

It is not often that a person encounters excellent customer service as well as excellent professionalism; but this morning I encountered both at store #904. The service manager went the extra mile in taking care of my vehicle needs and that's something that any customer would appteciate!

thanks to the guys at this location for correcting a problem with my drainage plug..My car was leaking oil after oil change... called the service office was on hold at first ,call was picked up by Steve told me to bring my car in , car was taken in immediately and problem was corrected ...thanks again to all employees for great service....very appreciative...very satisfied :)

had 730am appointment..car taken in speedily.....oil cap was loose oil everyhere under the hood..(NOT DONE BY They) BEFORE OIL CHANGE WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD CLEAN UNDER, THE HOOD,AFTER CLEANING ,WAS TOLD THE CHARGE WAS 64.83 AND THEN TOLD TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE CAR WASH TO FINISH CLEANING,,AFTER I KEPT QUESTIONING THE OUTRAGEOUS CHARGE SOMEONE TOOK THE CAR SOME WHERE AND W ASHED UNDER THE HOOD
